Rock the Park 7 ..... hits a $Million !!
Amazing …. you did it London!! Thanks to our 186 dedicated Volunteers, Brad and Greg Jones of Don Jones Productions, OMAC Mortgages, Domino’s Pizza, Molson Canada and the terrific Team at 102.3 BOB-FM Radio including Steve Stax, Becky Malacaria, Lauren Perro and Jacqueline Redmond, Rock the Park 7 – “Rock for the Cure” raised nearly $150,000 to bring our seven year total to $1,000,000 for Bethanys Hope Leukodystrophy Research Laboratory located right here in London!
What a week-end…..we thank all the 25,000 screaming fans joined us in Harris Park for three fabulous nights of classic rock! From July 22nd thru 24th these dedicated rockers from Toronto, Detroit, Buffalo, Chicago, Montreal, Thunder Bay, Quebec City and all around the great City of London enjoyed another fabulous Rock the Park festival! They came to rock with the likes of Collective Soul, Heart, Alice Cooper and Lynyrd Skynrd and many, many more…
Events like Rock the Park would not be possible without great corporate sponsorship and we were very fortunate to have the best. Thank-you for all your help in making this such a huge success… you are all making a difference in the lives of the children and families who suffer each day with the devastation of Leukodystrophy. We could not do this without you!!
